Light in color, but rich in flavor our Pale is a traditional English bitter. We start with a grain bill heavy on Maris Otter, a high-quality imported base malt rarely used by domestic commercial brewers. This gives the beer a deep, simple flavor on which to build. Flaked barley and roasted oats enhance the flavor, gravity, and mouthfeel of this golden pale beer, before it is lightly hopped and fermented with a traditional British yeast. The light hops round out the Pale’s smooth body and rich flavor, and help to make this a great session beer.
